Our star feature, Brisket on a Biscuit, brings together melt-in-your-mouth smoked brisket and a warm, flaky biscuit—topped with our signature sauce for the ultimate bite your guests won’t forget.

StationFreshly made on-site, our sweet and savory crêpes are crafted to order with high-quality ingredients and served with a smile.

From classics like Nutella & banana to gourmet options like Chicken Pesto, our crêpe station brings a fun, interactive experience to any event. Your guests will love watching their crêpe made right before their eyes—warm, folded, and ready to enjoy.
