Ordering & Shipping
Do you have retail store locations?
No. Flour & Herbs is online only at flourandherbs.com.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. Wholesale is through Faire. Apply on our Faire storefront. For corporate gift boxes of 5 or more, email hi@flourandherbs.com.
Do you have active discount codes or promotions?
Mix and match a seasoning bundle and save up to 20%. Current offers also appear in the banner at the top of the site.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping on orders $49+.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Choose it at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
United States only for now.
Are products made to order?
Single jars and single gift boxes ship within 1–3 business days. Bulk orders (15+ boxes) ship within 2–5 business days. Transit is then 1–5 business days depending on location. Confirm a date with us before you promise it to a client.
How long does shipping take?
1–3 business days to pack, then usually 2–7 business days in transit, depending on the method you choose at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, within 8 hours. Email hi@flourandherbs.com with your order number and the change.

Products
Do you use fillers?
No. Blends are herbs and spices, mixed in small batches. If the powder clumps, shake the jar. That is normal — we do not add anti-caking fillers.
Do your products contain common allergens?
Some may. Read the allergen statement before you buy.
Are your products licensed and food-safe?
Yes. We operate under a California Cottage Food License and mix in our licensed home kitchen in Southern California.
How are your products made?
Handcrafted in small batches after you order, in Southern California, with quality herbs and spices.
What is the shelf life of your seasonings?
Up to 2 years if stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, lid tight.
How should I store my seasonings?
Pantry or cabinet. Cool, dry, away from heat and sun. Close the lid.
What are your seasonings best used for?
Meats, vegetables, pasta, soups, potatoes, grilled food, bread and olive oil, and dressings. Each product page lists the best uses for that blend.
