Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any seasoning products, whether opened or unopened. This helps us ensure the highest quality and safety for all customers.
Order problems (unopened items only)
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us at hi@flourandherbs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Damages and issues

Non-returnable items
All seasoning products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

Refunds
If we approve a refund for a defective, damaged, or incorrect unopened item, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
