Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Transit time

Transit time is in addition to our 1–3 business day processing window. Shipping carriers typically deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout (for example, standard shipping may take an additional 2–7 business days depending on your location). Actual delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday volume.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping offers or promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@flourandherbs.com with your order number and any relevant details or photos. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to make it right.
