Shipping policy

Flour & Herbs ships within the United States. Products are made to order. We mix and pack after you check out.

Processing time
Single jars and single gift boxes ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Bulk orders of 15+ gift boxes ship within 2–5 business days.
You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking when the order leaves.

Transit time
Transit is in addition to processing. Most U.S. orders arrive 1–5 business days after they ship, depending on location and the method chosen at checkout. Times at checkout are estimates and can move with weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Shipping rates and free shipping
Rates are calculated at checkout by weight, destination, and method.
Free standard shipping on orders $49+ when that offer is active. The current threshold is also in the site banner.

Order tracking
Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to show movement.

Changes and cancellations
Email hi@flourandherbs.com within 8 hours of ordering, with your order number.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments
Email hi@flourandherbs.com with your order number and photos if needed. We will work with the carrier.
