Ghost Pepper Sea Salt

Years ago, I stumbled across ghost pepper salt. I loved a number of things about that first salt.....it was very hot, but THE FLAVOR! Another thing I liked was that it was a small, even grain size, which made it easier to use judiciously and consistently. Ever since, the salts I've found have had very uneven grain size (or were salt mixed with pepper flake). I ordered this salt because it looked similar in grain size and consistency as what I used to get, and I'm pleased to say that was indeed the case when the order arrived. - I'm not quite sure it's as hot as I used to get....maybe I've developed more tolerance. But, the grain size is right, and the flavor is there. Win! Yes, it's a bit expensive, but I expect it will last a long time....therefore, worth it. Would recommend.
