Second time ordering this. Love the robust flavor!😋 So much more flavorful compared to store-bought ones! My only problem is that it tends to form clumps much more easily, especially when it’s so humid like this summer. So I put silica gel packet that I saved from something that came with it in the shaker, and it helps a little bit. You need to be careful that it won’t absorb steams from the pan/pot when you use it so that the powders won’t become sticky lumps!
