TURKEY BRINE

Directions:

~12 lb turkey

These instructions are specifically for our Turkey Brine & Rub Kit

  1. Combine 1 pack of turkey brine mix with 1 gallon of boiling water.

  2. Let the brine cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled.

  3. Place the turkey in a large container or brining bag, pour in the chilled brine, and add an additional gallon of cold water.

  4. Refrigerate the turkey in the brine for 12-24 hours.

  5. Before roasting, rinse the turkey thoroughly and pat it dry.

  6. Rub the turkey with your favorite seasoning blend. We recommend Poultry Seasoning.

  7. Roast at 325°F for about 13-15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature (measured at the thickest part of the thigh and breast) reaches 165°F.
