Poultry Seasoning
Poultry Seasoning is a blend of herbs and spices specifically intended to complement and enhance the flavor of poultry.
This is a tasty, traditional stuffing seasoning that's heavy on sage and freshly ground white pepper. Use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup of any sort of stuffing: chicken, duck, turkey, even pork chops. This seasoning also makes a great salt-free rub for the outside of a pork roast, poultry or lamb chops. You can also use this to flavor homemade gravies. Ingredients: Sage, spices, lemon peel.
